Protein Sciences is proud to introduce our customizable BaculoKIT™, and BaculoKIT Gold™ baculovirus protein expression kits. Our kits provide researchers access to our improved reagents for recombinant protein expression. This includes a DNA-transfer vector with a baculovirus-derived signal peptide sequence, our patented expresSF+® serum-free insect cells, and our proprietary wild-type back-bone baculovirus.

The BaculoKIT™ was developed to offer several advantages:

• High Yield Protein/Recombinant Gene Expression, no interference from cellular-defense mechanism.
• High Recombinant Efficiency, nearly 100% recombination efficiency in recombinant baculoviruses.
