HIV Research Antigens We offer a number of insect cell produced recombinant proteins, using our baculovirus expression system. They are for use in laboratory animals or for in vitro testing and may not be used in humans or for clinical diagnostic procedures, and any such use is unlawful. Proteins are typically supplied in buffered saline at a concentration of 100 micrograms/ml and are tested for sterility and pyrogens. HIV-1 gp120 Full-length, glycosylated, gp120. Proteins from the LAV, MN & CM strains are available. HIV-1 gp160 Tetrameric, glycosylated env protein from the LAV & MN strain. The envelope protein is produced as the full-length gp160 precursor in insect cells. HIV-1 p55 The HIV-1 gag derived from the HTLV-III/LAV isolate (clade B). HIV-1 p66 Reverse Transcriptase The pol protein derived from the LAV strain. HIV-1 p24 gag The capsid protein from the NY5 strain of the virus. |
