BEVS at PSC | Production  By using the expresSF+® cell line, a process designed at a 2-liter scale can be readily scaled up to 500-liter working volume scale. Protein Sciences' experience has shown that processes developed at a 2-liter scale will result in at least comparable yields at the 45 and 500-liter scale. We generally manufacture Phase II/III quantities of vaccines and Phase I/II quantities of therapeutics at the 500 liter scale. |
